Racked is built by Hooked Strategy in Singapore. We collect the information trainers and their clients need to run coaching — accounts, session records, programs, and onboarding forms.
Trainer accounts, client records you add, session and package history, programs, nutrition plans, and signed PAR-Q / policy forms. Payment card details for Plus subscriptions and client package Checkout are handled by Stripe, not stored on Racked.
We do not sell trainer or client lists. We do not use client training data for advertising.
Trainers can archive or delete clients they added. Contact us to close a trainer account.
