Racked is a session and renewal tracker for personal trainers. It does not process client payments, provide legal or tax advice, or send WhatsApp messages for you — renewal messages open in your own WhatsApp. You are responsible for your client data and PDPA compliance. Calendar and pay-per-session features are provided as-is.
New trainer accounts start a 30-day Plus trial with no card. After the trial, choose a Plus plan to keep coaching tools. You can add a card later from Plus.
You are responsible for the client data you enter, for PDPA compliance, and for the advice you give. Racked is software for running a PT business — it is not medical, legal, or tax advice.
Client package Checkout is processed by Stripe. PayNow reminders open in your own WhatsApp. Racked is not the payment processor.
